Ghosts and Blackbirds

I traveled in Poland,Czech republic and the Balkans. 2005-2006.One day i was fed up with Prague i took a ride with my friend Tanja to Slovenia, we said goodbye and i caught the long train to Belgrade.It had been over ten years since the war but i still wanted to see these countries i had so often viewed as trickles of a strange world and violent images from my teenage life...i wanted to take a journey again as i often felt at peace while in Motion....to see the lands of ghosts & blackbirds for real

Eclipse II.
I’ll find nails,long nails,hammer them into my body.
Very gently,very slowly,
it will take more time.I will draw a precise plan.
I will cover myself every day,in two square inches of cloth for example.Then I will burn everything.
It will burn for a long time,It will burn for days.
Only the nails will remain,all soldered, all rusty.
As such I will stay.
As such I will survive.
